If you’re looking for a way into DVD technology, we can help you with the authoring process. We’ll help you edit and encode your materials to prepare for mastering. Then we’ll use a laser to record your information onto a glass disc coated with light-sensitive material, and use that disc to produce a final metal stamper for CD or DVD replication.

Our computer-controlled spin coating systems provide an improved photoresist layer, giving us exacting control over the depth of the microscopic pits that carry your information. Our facilities include lasers operating with UV (ULTRA-VIOLET) lightwaves as well as the more conventional blue light systems, so we can produce masters with the level of precision your project requires. In addition, because we do it all in-house, you can have same-day turnaround when you need it for overnight distribution of data into the field.
